1. Go to confirmation e-mail that we sent you after you bought our program. Select the registration key by highlighting it with your mouse, and press Ctrl+c. This way, the registration key will be saved on your clipboard memory.

2. Open up the registration form again and click in the field of 'License Code', and press ctrl+v.  Now the registration key will be pasted from your clipboard into the field.

3. Repeat the same process with your username, in the according field.

4. When you are done with this, simply click 'Register now!'

In order to upgrade the trial version to the full version, you must purchase our software. If you haven't yet bought a license, please click the link below:

1) Open the trial version.

2) In the main program menu click on the "Help" -> "About" button

3) In the pop-up window click on the “Register now” button.

4) Enter the registration key you received on your confirmation email.

You can purchase a license at our online store, if you have not bought one yet.

 1) On the desktop, just click on the “Start” button (a small icon which you can see at the bottom left of the screen.). Then click on the “Control Panel” which makes a window to pop up. In that double click on the “Add or Remove programs”. In case you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 Operating Systems, click on the “Uninstall a Program” option.

2) You will see a window showing the list of all the currently installed programs. From that select the program that you want to be removed by clicking it with the mouse and then choose the “Remove” or “Uninstall” option.

3) As soon as you click on the Uninstall option, you will be asked for a confirmation for removal of the program. Click on the “yes” button.

Adding our software to the exclusions list

1. Open Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.x
2. Click Settings -> Malware Exclusions
3. Click Add Folder
• If you have System Cleaner installed navigate to the following folder:
  C:\ Program Files (x86)\Pointstone\System Cleaner 7\
  and click the "Select Folder" button
• If you have Total Privacy installed navigate to the following folder:
  C:\ Program Files (x86)\Pointstone\Total Privacy 6\
  and click the "Select Folder" button

Prevent PUP detections from being detected as malware

Unfortunately, an increasingly number of software is being detected by Malwarebytes as malware when in fact it is not. In Malwarebytes Anti-Malware versions 2.0 and higher, PUPs are set to be quarantined by default. This may not be the behavior that the user wants so you can change the behavior of the software so that these detections are not marked as malware and removed.

Here are the steps to prevent this from happening and instead receive a warning about the detections.

1. Open Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.x
2. Click Settings -> Detection and Protection
3. In the Non-Malware Protection section, click the “Treat detections as malware” and select “Warn user about detections” instead.

What can be done if a program doesn't uninstall?

If your first attempt to uninstall a program fails, sometimes giving the uninstall another try will work.

If the second attempt fails, try booting your Windows into Safe Mode and running the uninstaller.

Another option, which works well if the program has been recently installed, is to use System Restore to roll your system back to a time before you installed the program.
